about your computer, please ask it in this thread and I'll assist you As long as I'm assisting you on Malwarebytes Forums, in this thread, I'll ask you to not seek assistance anywhere else for any issue related to the system we are working on.However, I'll always reply within 24 hours, 48 hours at most if something unexpected happens

This is because I need some time to analyse them and then act accordingly. As you'll notice, the logs we are asking for here are quite lenghty, so it's normal for me to not reply exactly after you post them.Since we'll be working together, you can call me Aura or Yoan, which is my real name, it's up to you! Now that we've broke the ice, I'll just ask you a few things during the time we'll be working together to clean your system and get it back to an operational state.

My name is Aura and I'll be assisting you with your malware issue. One called "rkill" from Bleeping Computer halts the deciduous and maturely processes but they just start right up again. I tried a few other root kit removers from the web. I tried the malwarebytes root kit remover but it said no threats found. I tried a clean install of malwarebytes and got the logs below. When I boot from a recovery drive I get errors saying my windows is messed up and none of the options to move forward work.ģ) In task manager, there are still four processes that keep popping up in the apps section that I think come from the hijack - two called "Deciduous" and two called "Maturely." I can end them but they just pop back up again on their ownĤ) Everything is generally slow and weird, especially windows explorer windows which go super-slow and can't do basic things like sort by date modified). In safe mode when I try to delete some things I think might be associated with the malware it says I can't because i need permission from "SYSTEM." In windows settings when I try "reset this PC" and click "get started" nothing happens. The slider for "web protection" is locked to "off" and when I click it nothing happens.Ģ) I tried re-installing windows but I can't. I played-whack-a-mole until I could run malwarebytes scan and the main hijacking seems stopped but I still have problems:ġ) I can't enable real-time-protection on malwarebytes (or other antivirus programs like windows defender and spybot). It was popping up dozens of ads in browsers faster than I could shut them off with task manager. So I let my kid use the computer (big mistake!) and he clicked on something he shouldn't have and it got hijacked like crazy.
